AirHelp asked us to playfully capture the somber mood in an airport terminal for a series of commercial spots in the EU.

We designed a series of relatable characters, a unique visual look featuring layers of texture, sets of TV spots of varying lengths, localizations to several languages and markets, social-ready assets, and a comprehensive style guide.
